Save your time and money and go get the food yourself. Using this service is not worth the headache. We just waited almost 2 hours, and then they cancelled the order. Especially ridiculous considering the exorbitant fees they charge.

While it could be optimized a bit, it has all my favorite local places in it!

It was convenient but expensive. I just paid $30 for a $16 meal.

App doesn't work

Avoid LoDel at all costs. Zero logic behind how they dispatch drivers. My last several orders have all arrived an hour and a half or longer after being ordered, and with GPS tracking I can literally watch the driver putt around town with my food, letting it go cold. Today, I watched my driver pick up my food from a place 5 minutes away from me, drive 30 minutes out of town with it, and come back. Worst of all, they never do refunds, I got a paltry $3 of credit for my wait and my ice cold food.

It tends to have more local options than other apps, as well as pretty regular discounts. However, it crashes CONSTANTLY. Trying even a simple order causes the app to shut down at least four times. It seems to have only gotten worse over time as I did not have this problem when I started using the app two years ago. Overall it would be a ln above average food app if it actually functioned with any amount of consistency.

Great easy to use app. My only complaint is sometimesit's hard to find the cart

Worse than useless. Waited two hours after ordering, called, restaurant said they never got the order, are closing and won't make it right. I've lost all faith in the Rolland Group and Lodel, will advise my friends against them, and will no longer waste my time and money with them.
